“Paule was very helpful in returning my new LG laptop from a Windows 11 confusion to a usable system that my old computer had and I was used to. I was confident and did a computer share, and was very thankful for all the navigating through the removal of unnecessary files and start up programs. I was able to restore my Thunderbird email which was not working since I loaded it on the computer. He helped me set up my 5TB back up hard drive. He also helped me reduce 3 security softwares to one which speeds things up on a protected computer.
